Direct Sales - Field Sales Technician (For Detroit Michigan) Job title: Field Sales Technician (Part-time) Date: April 2026 Reports to: Business Development Manager Location: Detroit Michigan Department: Installations: Division: ClearCaptions: Position Summary: The Field Sales Technician(part time) position , is a caring, customer service-oriented role with a demonstrable passion for helping people with hearing loss. This is an in-the-field position that brings the opportunity to individually train our customers in using ClearCaptions equipment and service to effectively enrich their lives. As a Field Sales Technician for ClearCaptions, you must enjoy working with a variety of people in their homes, mostly senior citizens. This is a part-time position working 20-30 hours per week for those who enjoy and excel when working independently. This is an in-field position based out of a home office and reports to a Business Development Manager. What you will do: Setup and troubleshoot ClearCaptions’ devices at our customers’ homes.
