Job Summary: this is a position for people with 0-2 years of work experience We are looking for a QA Technician with experience in geospatial analysis to support our team for a 3-month full-time contract, with the possibility of extension. This role involves analyzing over-ocean optical, SAR, and possibly hyperspectral imagery to ensure high-quality data for our AI/ML models. The job requires strong attention to detail and involves repetitive tasks to maintain accuracy. Your work will directly impact our model performance and product quality. Responsibilities: - Review and analyze remote sensing imagery for quality assurance. - Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in imagery data. - Work with AI/ML teams to ensure data quality meets model requirements. - Follow standard procedures for image processing and validation. - Document findings and communicate any issues clearly. Qualifications: We are based in Houston, TX, USA, and requires some overlap with this time zone for easy communication. - STEM degree (e.g., Remote Sensing, GIS, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science).
