This position has a full salary rang e of $56,320 - $85,995 per ye ar with eligibility for a quarterly bonus. Starting salary is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location and experience. The target hiring range for this role is $56,320 - $67,000. Candidates for this role must live between San Francisco and the San Jose, CA area. Summary : The Associate Field Manager reports to and works closely with the Field Manager and Associate Field Director. They are responsible for general training, brand partner and retail execution, growth and accountability of Account Managers and Territory Sales Managers within their market. Responsible for ensuring relationships at store level for the region are strong and continuously growing. Leaders within the company must have a desire and ability to engage, drive results, coach and develop the field-level roles.
