Job Description & Summary As a manager you will be part of our Deals advisory team and gain access to top notch Private Equity (PE) and corporate clients and a worldwide network. This is what you’ll do: The Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team is part of PwC’s Deals practice and we support corporate and private equity firms to identify, quantify and deliver full deal value, with greater speed, insight and confidence. As a Manager, you have responsibility for leading and delivering in the pre- and post-deal phase to quickly assess operational value opportunities and issues. Our approach is rooted in data analytics in combination with practical experience of what works in particular sectors. Our key services are: Typical Operational Due Diligence and Value Creation projects start early in the deal cycle, delivering concrete operational upsides to the buyer models impacting the deal offer directly.
