Onsite: The Ocean 101 Boardwalk Atlantic City New Jersey Responsibilities: Shift: - Provide basic facility information such as brochures and informational packets to persons requesting about the community and its programs - Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk. - Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present. Instruct visitors according to individual instructions. - Perform clerical duties as assigned. - Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, - Schedule tours/visits tour prospective residents - clean up exterior of property - organize/clean up around trash areas, - keep the garage clean and empty out apartments from residents that left belongings, furniture behind. - must be able to lift 50 lbs - Full-time - Wednesday 9am-5pm -Porter - Thursday 5pm-1am Concierge - Friday 5pm-1am Concierge - Saturday 9am-1am Concierge Why Joi...
