As a Global Facilities Operations Center Communications Coordinator , you will be an active team member within the Global Facilities Operations Center (GFOC), driving critical information throughout our organization. Our GFOC Communications Coordinators work at the crossroads of the daily information flow into and out of the IDEXX World Campus, analyzing, mining, and connecting the dots between events and trends that affect business continuity. The ability to gather information, identify trends, and transform data into clear, effective communication for the right audiences is a key part of this role. In the role of a Global Facilities Operations Center Communications Coordinator, you will: Monitor inputs from all IDEXX facilities, both domestic and international, and recognize potential business disruption concerns. Draft and disseminate critical information regarding advisory or emergent situations through the most effective communication methods. Develop and maintain current Global Facilities Operations databases and files that support projects, process improvement, and planning efforts.
