Salary: £40-45,000 London, St Pauls, 2-3 days a week Mintel is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation team. The Business Analyst will be supporting the delivery of strategic programmes by mapping processes, analysing operational data, and translating business needs into actionable insights. This role provides the evidence base that drives decisions on AI enablement, process improvement, and technology adoption across our global teams. What You'll Do: Process Analysis & Mapping: - Document current-state workflows and identify inefficiencies. - Analyse business operations to uncover gaps and opportunities for improvement, producing clear and actionable recommendations. Stakeholder Engagement & Data Gathering: - Gather and document requirements for process and technology improvements, synthesising qualitative input from business leaders into clear analysis.
