Must be a trained and experienced craps and/or routlette dealer This position typically starts at $7.50 per hour (plus tips) and works a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays. Responsible for facilitating engaging and professional casino gaming experiences for guests by accurately dealing assigned games, ensuring exceptional Family Style Service, and contributing to departmental revenue goals Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrives on time in full, clean uniform with required name tag, ID, and licenses, ready to work with a heads ‑ up, ready ‑ to ‑ serve mentality. This includes keeping personal phone use to non-guest-facing areas unless there is a legitimate business need to do so. Greets all guests and fellow team members warmly and professionally, in line with our Family Style Service culture. Responsible for dealing casino games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for Harrah’s guests and generate revenue for the department.
