Job Description: We’re looking for a Senior Lead to run and continuously strengthen our Transformation Control Tower — the central “engine room” that keeps our company-wide transformation aligned, coordinated, and moving forward with real impact. This role is fully focused on transformation. Your mandate is to create clarity, drive governance discipline, surface risks early, and ensure that initiatives across the business connect into one coherent portfolio with clear priorities, ownership, and outcomes.
