Job description

- Facilitate communication between production, sales and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain. - Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. - Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels. - Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. - Make special shipping arrangements as necessary. - Track and fix shipping errors. - Prepare bills and invoices. - Manage distribution and shipment budgets. - Ensure the quality of all services provided meets the required standards. - Develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized. Qualifications: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. - Experience: Administrative experience. - Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, with the ability to generate spreadsheets in Excel. - Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written skills. - Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, problem solve, work well in a fast pace environment. - Must be reliable, responsible, dependable, and able to fulfil obligations. - Must be a self-starter and have to the ability to work with little to no super...
