Founding Data Engineer London – 4 Days in Office Reporting to: Director, Special Projects: Data at Pubity moves fast. We need an engineer who can own our data function end-to-end, build reliable pipelines, and turn messy inputs into structured, dependable systems the business can trust. If you enjoy designing scalable architecture, setting standards, and shipping production-grade data systems that power real decisions every day, this role is for you. About the Role: As Founding Data Engineer, you will take full ownership of Pubity Group’s data function. You will be responsible for the architecture, reliability, and evolution of our data ecosystem across Social, Commercial and Studio, with a growing footprint into our internal software stack. You will work day to day with Special Projects and key stakeholders across the business, acting as the technical owner of how data is collected, modelled, validated, governed and used.
