Overview: The Operations Manager will manage every aspect of events and operations in the facility from the setup of event through the end of the event; position will work with third parties to recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all operations, parking, housekeeping staff; coordinate communication between every department and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall upkeep of facility. Position will assist in managing all aspects of both ice rinks, including scheduling staff. This role pays an annual salary of $55,000-$60,000.
