THE ROLE: Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about financial accuracy? We're looking for an Junior Accounts Payable to join our team and ensure seamless and efficient payment processes. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for invoice validation, accounts payable reconciliation and verification, and payment execution. Your responsibilities will include: Invoice Processing & Validation Review, verify, and process supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and tax regulations. Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts to guarantee accuracy before approval. Issue Resolution & Supplier Communication: Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies such as pricing errors, quantity mismatches, and missing approvals. Collaborate with suppliers to address discrepancies, missing documentation, and payment-related inquiries. Reconciliation & Record Keeping: Reconcile supplier statements, ensuring all invoices are correctly recorded and payments are processed on time.
