You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, workforce, culture and change, guiding leaders through complex people challenges, embedding organisation-wide initiatives, and ensuring that workforce decisions are data-driven, future-focused and aligned to enterprise priorities. Reporting into a Senior Manager, People & Culture, this is a permanent position for a Senior People & Culture practitioner who brings confidence, credibility and depth, not just in HR, but in how people strategy drives business performance.
