This role demands both mental agility and physical endurance—you’ll need to stay calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll supervise staff, manage logistics, and handle billing and reporting, all while navigating large indoor and outdoor venues, often in challenging mountain conditions.
