Position Title: Operations Pastor Reports To: Executive Pastor: Location: Pittsburgh, PA: Status: Full-Time, Salaried: // ONE-SENTENCE SUMMARY: The Operations Pastor builds the backbone of ministry at ACAC—leading systems, teams, and spaces that make following Jesus in diverse community possible every day. // THE ROLE: The Operations Pastor serves on the executive leadership team and reports directly to the Executive Pastor. This role provides strategic and pastoral oversight of ACAC’s operational functions, ensuring that the infrastructure of our ministry aligns with and advances our mission. This is a vital leadership role for someone passionate about both excellence in operations and the local church’s mission in the world. Our facilities are open seven days a week, serving as a hub for ministry, community events, outreach, and care.
