HVAC Install Lead Department: HVAC: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Paso Robles Heating & Air - Paso Robles, CA Reporting To: General Manager: Description: Our team is looking for an innovative, team-oriented problem solver who loves helping others and is excited by career growth. You will be responsible for installing new/replacement equipment and providing excellent customer service to residential and commercial heating and air conditioning. Responsibilities/Requirements: Your duties below include, but are not limited to: - Proven 3-5 years of recent, full-time experience - Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with customers, managers and co-workers. - Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams - Keep your truck clean inside and out - Keep your truck inventory up to date - Maintain a clean and professional appearance - Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record - Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position - Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures. - Properly complete paperwork - Work with crane operators to help properly stage and position equipment. - Works under minimum supe...
