Position Overview The Director of Indirect Procurement will lead the strategy, governance, and execution of the company’s indirect procurement function across all corporate spend categories. This role is responsible for driving cost optimization, strengthening supplier partnerships, and establishing scalable procurement processes that support the organization’s broader business and transformation goals. Reporting to the Chief Legal and Transformation Officer, this leader will work closely with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and other business leaders to align procurement strategies with company priorities while ensuring strong compliance and risk management. The role requires a strategic thinker who can also operate hands-on to lead complex sourcing initiatives, negotiate high-value contracts, and build a high-performing procurement function that delivers measurable value.
