The project budget, sanctioned by COMEX in May 2024 is 10 G$ (CAPEX 6 G$, OPEX 4 G$, 100%). The 4-year project execution is spread worldwide in several engineering centers, workshops, fabrication yards and up to the installation and start-up in Angola.
