Department of Theatre and Dance Part-Time Lecturer Pool POSITION: The Department of Theatre and Dance at CSU Fullerton invites applications for part-time lecturer positions in all areas of theatre and dance. Teaching responsibilities may include instruction in voice, theory, history, and dance disciplines. Part-time positions at CSUF are eligible for a benefits package depending on the credit/unit load each semester. This is a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw on as necessary. Qualified applicants will be contacted when positions are available. APPOINTMENTS FROM THE PART-TIME POOL ARE TEMPORARY AND OFTEN MADE JUST PRIOR TO THE START OF THE ACADEMIC TERM. APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE ON VERY SHORT NOTICE. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - A Master’s degree in Theatre or Dance or equivalent experience - Candidate should have prior teaching experience at the university level - Candidates should demonstrate their ability to teach, interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students.
