Purpose of Position Are you excited by designing intelligent, AI-powered experiences that genuinely help customers? We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of AI features across our platform, with a strong focus on evolving our AI chatbot and conversational interfaces. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how AI shows up in our product, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design responsible, human-centred AI experiences. From discovery through to release, you’ll define how users interact with LLM-powered systems, ensuring outputs are useful, transparent, and aligned to real customer needs. Our team is a group of smart, collaborative humans building meaningful experiences at scale.
