Maintenance Manager

Description Burkentine is growing and as a result we are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic Property Management Team. The Maintenance Manager is responsible to provide oversight to the maintenance operations and maintenance needs of apartments, townhouses, buildings, equipment, facilities, and grounds, including resident maintenance concerns, to ensure that all needs are addressed in a safe and timely manner. The Service Manager is responsible to establish priorities and work schedules for maintenance personnel. Supervisory Responsibility: The Maintenance Manager shall supervise Assistant Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Technicians, staff Painters, Staff Cleaners, Groundskeepers, and contractors (based on community needs). The Maintenance Manager shall ensure all resident maintenance concerns and property needs are addressed.
