Description JOB SUMMARY: To assess and provide internal and external resources to enhance the quality of potential clients and current client care.?To plan and coordinate a variety of social outing?opportunities?throughout the community to provide a vibrant and active community life for residential clients.??Must?desire?to work with?people?with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. Duties/Responsibilities: Knowledge: Skills: Abilities: - No supervisor responsibilities - Manage A New Leaf waiting list(s)?and incoming inquiries?by communicating with potential client and/or potential client representative to?determine?the most?appropriate recommendations?for programming?based on clients’ needs,?preferences,?and?abilities.???? - Coordinate, manage and attend area Resource Fairs.?Attend quarterly DDS Regional Family Meetings.?Attend?area conferences as a resource vendor that are pertinent to the population served.? - Create and?maintain?a tracking system for the number of referrals and what programming/resource they were referred to (from phone calls, waiting lists, resource fairs?etc.) - Research, plan, coordinate and at times?participate?in a variety of social event...
