The Role: Block is seeking a Compliance Technology Oversight Lead to ensure our Machine Learning and Heuristic detection models are fit for purpose. You will partner with Engineering to provide end-to-end oversight and effective challenge throughout the model development lifecycle. You will design a framework and partner with Engineering to build controls to provide real-time, ongoing monitoring of the Detection Models.
