The Role We are partnering with our client on a major healthcare technology initiative. The project centers on creating a conversational voice system designed to support live call interactions - listening, understanding the context, guiding callers in real time, and assessing call quality with meaningful indicators. As Project Manager, you will work within an Agile team, coordinating efforts across development, QA, and business analysis to ensure successful delivery. The role involves overseeing day-to-day project execution, aligning priorities with stakeholders, and driving outcomes that contribute directly to an innovative AI-driven solution with real impact in the healthcare space. What you will do: Manage end-to-end delivery of AI workstreams or other assigned projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while monitoring progress and outcomes.
