HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsible for the billing of projects and collaborating with project managers for architectural, engineering, consulting, and construction design projects domestically and internationally. - Prepare client invoices for assigned office(s) /region(s) accurately and timely on a monthly basis. - Review consultant invoices for accuracy according to contract/budget and timeliness of payments. - Review consultant invoices against project budgets and correctly code to project/account. - Understand and execute contract terms per client contract. - Work with Project Managers to understand project progress related to billing. - Review work in progress and explain large variances. - Collection correspondence and coordination of invoic...
