Sign on Bonus of $1,500 for External Candidates Rate $20.00/hr. + $1.50/hr. Shift Dif. (2nd and 3rd Shift) GENERAL PURPOSE: Operate plastic blow molding machines to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner according to established company policies and procedures. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles. - Operate bagger and debagger stations. - Troubleshoot and implement minor repairs of blow mold equipment. - Train others on blow Mold operations. - Maintain open communication with other departments, management, and employees to notify of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict efficiency. - Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s. - Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot. - Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to impro...
