Senior Business Analyst

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative Business analysis team. You will be supporting the successful management and delivery of complex projects and initiatives including the identification, assessment, implementation and embedding of fit-for purpose solutions. This role is initially being offered as a 12-month max term contract. What will you be doing?: Collaborating with external or group wide specialists to facilitate ideation, requirement gathering, design and delivery of initiatives. Generating insights, identifying key and emerging trends and issues relating to delivering strategy and underpinning capabilities. Analysing, modelling and determining appropriate approaches to improve member experience and operational efficiency. Providing data-driven recommendations on the improvement of systems and processes, measuring success of implementation and sharing key lessons learned. Supporting the capability uplift of in relation to regulation changes across the business.
