Details: This position is full-time, day shift. The standard hours are 7:00am until 3:30pm. Location: University Hospital: Position Summary: Constructs, installs and maintains general building construction and fittings including but not limited to walls, doors, windows, ceilings, shelving and cabinetry. Works from woodworking or other engineering drawings and sketches, along with verbal instructions. Utilizes a wide variety of power and hand tools to measure, saw, level and nail building materials. Performs basic layout, design, ordering and estimating of jobs. Maintains inventory stock and supplies. Performs other related duties as assigned. Position Requirements: With 15 hospitals, including seven with Magnet designation and eight with Pathways to Excellence designation, our team members are leading the way through excellence. - High School Diploma or GED required.
