Abound Health is seeking a Program Specialist to join our Mercer, PA team. In this role, you will report to the Program Director . You will be responsible for ensuring the success of day, residential, and other licensed programs while promoting the well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Key Responsibilities: Champion compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines for Community Homes and Adult Training Facilities Serve as the expert for licensing bodies, managing inspections, audits, and action plans Conduct and document clinical and supervisory visits to ensure top-quality care and staff empowerment Review client service notes and documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance Create personalized goals, task analyses, and interventions to support the client's potential. Inspire and develop the team through training, performance evaluations, and coaching. Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to behavioral emergencies and provide direct support as needed.
