About the role We’re looking for an Employee Experience Manager to create an exceptional workplace environment for our Thatch team. You’ll be a driving force behind our culture, managing our office operations, and helping support and execute large-scale events. There’s a lot of ground to cover but you’ll have the ability to tie many aspects of employee experience together. What you'll do: Office Management: - Oversee daily operations across our office locations, ensuring spaces are clean, functional, welcoming and well-maintained - Manage vendor relations including facilities, lunch/catering, supplies, and building management - Coordinate office services, supplies, equipment and support IT with Technology needs for seamless operations - Act as our points person with brokers and landlords as we grow and add more offices Event Planning & Execution: - Plan and execute large-scale company offsites, including venue selections, logistics, programming and budget management in partnership with others at Thatch - Organize engaging office specific and company-wide offsites with our Head of People and other leaders at Thatch Employee Experience & Culture: - Design and Implement employee perks...
