Description Role Summary: The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and ensuring compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management systems with ISO and industry standards (e.g., ISO9001, AS9120, AS6081, ISO14001). Key duties include leading internal and external audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, conducting root cause analyses, overseeing document control, and monitoring non-conformances through MRB activities. The person also trains staff, ensures regulatory compliance for both quality and EHS requirements, interfaces with customers, and reports on QMS and EHS performance to senior leadership. This role can be onsite in our Irvine, CA OR in our Amsterdam, Netherlands Office.
