Position Description Morgan Stanley Bank NA (MSBNA) and Morgan Stanley Private Bank (MSPBNA) are nationally chartered banks and material operating subsidiaries of Morgan Stanley. These entities are regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The Bank Regulatory Reporting team, within the Finance division, is responsible for regulatory capital calculations, forecasting, and reporting for MSBNA and MSPBNA. This Director (P3) role provides leadership across capital allocation, regulatory capital reporting, and stress testing activities, with responsibility for delivering high quality analysis, driving process enhancements, and supporting senior management and regulatory stakeholders.
