Job description

Your responsibilities: - As a data centre system administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring, configuring and maintaining Windows Server operating systems and hardware in the data centre environment (HP, Cisco UCS). - You will support and optimise central Windows services (e.g. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, SQL Server, IIS) and process second-level service requests. - In addition, you will further develop cloud and high-availability solutions and implement systems in private and public cloud environments. - You will create performance analyses, perform error analyses and troubleshooting, and derive optimisations for operating systems, hardware and processes. - Together with your colleagues, you will ensure 24/7 operation of the production systems, plan and document server resources, and support cross-departmental projects.
