This position is designed to support one of our Sports Medicine Surgeons and will require travel to our offices in Bryn Mawr and Blue Bell. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM Job Summary: The Surgical Clinical Assistant (SCA) provides assistance to the Physician and Physician's Assistant with daily administrative and clinical duties. Responsibilities include assisting with post-op suture and staple removal, post-op wound care, pre-admissions testing orders, responding to patient calls and messages, and more. Key Accountabilities: Increase patient satisfaction, compliance with schedule prep, voicemail, compliance with policies and procedures, decrease wait times.
