What You'll Do: Contract Analysis & Execution - Manage vendor intake, onboarding, and scoping discussions - Coordinate contract reviews and feedback across stakeholders, Vendor Relationship Managers (VRMs), and vendors - Prepare contract documentation and execution packages - Maintain contract repositories and supporting files - Analyze pricing and commercial terms Project Management Support: - Track vendor engagement timelines and milestones - Coordinate cross-functional communications relating to the Strategic Sourcing program - Assist with RFx setup and management - Support escalation resolution and stakeholder inquiries Operational Excellence: - Analyze vendor performance, contract metrics, and cost savings opportunities - Document sourcing initiatives and business impact - Support vendor validation and onboarding activities - Contribute to process improvements and Responsible Sourcing initiatives CATEGORIES...
