Job description

The Quantitative Strategy & Analytics (QSA) team within Consumer and Community Banking Treasury tackles high-priority strategic projects sponsored by the CFO and the Treasurer that directly influences the balance sheet of the largest retail bank. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for applying treasury principles to balance sheet analytics, synthesizing strategic insights, and communicating compelling recommendations to executive stakeholders. You will be working on a wide range of projects with partners from line of business (LOB) analytics, pricing, product, finance, and capital markets teams. As an Associate on the Quantitative Strategy & Analytics team, you will recommend balance sheet actions in response to evolving business dynamics in an uncertain macroeconomic environment, enhance frameworks supported by analytics to best guide business decisions, and analyze assumptions for capital, liquidity, funds transfer pricing, interest rate hedging, and balance sheet forecasting.
