Job DetailsJob Location: Dogs Inc Main Campus - Palmetto, FL 34221The IT Systems Support Specialist partners with the Online Prep Lab team to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for key line-of-business applications. This position serves as both a technical support resource and a dedicated trainer, providing personalized 1-on-1 coaching, facilitating group workshops, and creating practical learning materials. By building confidence and clarity around the tools we use every day, this position ensures pack members are equipped to work efficiently, independently, and in alignment with our mission. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with the Online Prep Lab team to design and develop training for line-of-business applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive), IWDR, and ProVet Create structured learning paths, guides, videos, and hands-on workshops Provide 1-on-1 coaching to pack members who need additional support Identify skill gaps and proactively recommend training solutions Support day-to-day IT requests Assist in managing ticket flow and resolution during high-volume periods Serve as a clear and responsive liaison between IT a...
