Head of Finance

Job description

We are looking for a Head of Finance who wants to be part of the action and connected to how the business really operates. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, down‑to‑earth and confident balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement. You will lead the finance function as a true business partner, staying close to the detail while supporting the bigger picture. You will work alongside the executive team and operational leaders to deliver clear, meaningful financial insights and foster a finance team that is collaborative, responsive and trusted throughout the organisation. This opportunity will commence as maternity leave cover, including a handover period, with the possibility of extension.
