Job Title: Billing Specialist: Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid): About the role: We have a fantastic opportunity on the Finance Team at BSI for a Billing Specialist to join us on a permanent basis. This is a dynamic role where you’ll support the billing activities and inquiries for our UK and EU offices. Ideally, you will have worked within a fast-paced finance team with prior billing experience as you’ll be responsible for producing accurate and timely customer billing. You’ll also have exceptional customer service skills as you’ll be handling invoice queries and credit notes to ensure that revenue and debtors are accurately recorded. Responsibilities: Working closely with other areas of the business to ensure that billing requirements are accurately and promptly communicated. Logging and distributing queries to the correct area of BSI and following up as necessary to enable a speedy resolution to clients’ queries.
