SUMMARY: Supervises the daily operations of the National Account Billing Department, including the timely and accurate generation of all monthly billings, adjustments, cash receipts, and past due notices. Performs credit and collections function. Ensures that new National Account customers are properly onboarded. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: To perform this job successfully, the NAS Billing Manager may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed. Establish good working relationships with National Accounts points of contact and NAMs. Ensure customer accounts are set up in MasterMind as outlined in the customer profile. Ensure contact is made with the customer after initial billing to ensure satisfaction with invoice presentation. Establish and improve accounts receivable policies and procedures with regard to billing, cash applications, and collections. Perform and oversee cash applications function as necessary; prepare and/or approve customer credits and other adjustments. Prepare correspondence as needed.
