POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a talented individual to join our Business Intelligence team who is passionate about creating dashboards, deriving insights, and continuously improving tools and data structures for White River Marine Group (WRMG). This role partners with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Brand Management, and Leadership, to understand business needs and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analysis that support the management of supply, manufacturing, and sales across all White River Marine Group boat brands. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve business problems using data. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Build Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to business users and leadership. - Facilitate data collection into the Snowflake environment, combining and transforming data into models that support future insights and reporting needs. - Analyze data and reports to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement across key functional areas and business processes within White River Marine Group. - Key examples include analysi...
