Job description

Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor oversees day to day operations in the maintenance shop, provides direct leadership for technicians, supervises the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment installed and used for daily operations, and ensures timely installation and upkeep of the company’s property and systems in order to establish operational effectiveness. Additionally, the Supervisor maintains diesel equipment, completes inspections and preventive maintenance requirements, corrects vehicle deficiencies, completes adjustments and alignments. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality. - Performs maintenance tasks based on driver pre and post trip inspections in a timely manner or as directed by maintenance manager. - Maintains diesel equipment operation by completing inspections and preventative maintenance requirements and makes appropriate corrections when needed. - Perform any and all necessary procedures to ensure maximum reliability and the safety of the equipment operator including, performing preventative maintenance inspections, tire changes, changes of breaks and any other utiliti...
