Location - Stockton-on-Tees / Remote Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, growing and managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating closely with the Sales Director to develop and execute sales strategies. As the sales department grows as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrations: Networking: Managing: Networks: Lead Generation: Role Description: Sitting 3 SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) per week. Generating 3 sales per month. Working closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) to maximize SQL generation. Lead generation: Collaborating with the Sales Director (SD) for the conversion of SQLs into bookings. Reporting key Metrics and KPIs to the Sales Director.
