This is a genuine partnering role for someone ready to step into broader HR Business Partner scope. Reporting into the People, Performance & Culture function, you’ll partner closely with operational leaders to coach, advise and uplift capability across people leadership, employee relations and workplace health and safety. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor - helping leaders identify gaps, manage risk, and embed practical, compliant people solutions that work in a fast‑paced operational environment. A key component of this role is hands‑on involvement in workplace health and safety, including audits, compliance activities, workplace assessments and supporting the business to meet current legislative requirements. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced HR Advisor or Consultant who is ready to step into a Business Partner title and remit.
