Boston Dynamics is seeking a Commercial Strategy & Execution Leader to act as the primary operational partner to the VP of Sales. As our commercial organization scales across Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success, the VP of Sales is increasingly required to be market-facing, closing enterprise deals and acting as a brand ambassador. This role is the internal engine that ensures the commercial organization runs smoothly. This role will serve as the VP's proxy in cross-functional forums, synthesize complex business data into actionable decisions, and drive high-priority GTM initiatives across Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary representative for the VP of Sales in some internal meetings (e.g., product roadmap alignment, deal desk escalations, marketing syncs) along with advocating for the commercial team’s interests and ensure alignment across departments.
