Responsibilities Peraton is currently recruiting for an Associate Windows Systems Administrator Responsibilities: Maintain smooth operation of multi‑user computer systems and coordinate activities with network engineers Monitor and manage system resources, including CPU usage, disk utilization, and response times to ensure optimal performance Perform system security administration tasks such as creating and managing user profiles and accounts Set up administrator accounts and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date system documentation Tune and optimize system performance across servers and applications Install and manage system‑wide software and allocate mass storage resources Interact with users to resolve issues and gather requirements Evaluate vendor products and provide recommendations for hardware and software purchases Coordinate installation of new hardware and software solutions Provide system backup and recovery support to ensure data integrity and availability Develop, implement, and monitor policies and standards for the allocation and use of computing resources Qualifications: - 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree - Active DoD Secret clearance - DoD 85...
