Reports To: Director of Human Resources Location: Fowler, CA (In-Person) Position Summary: Bee Sweet Citrus, Inc. is seeking a Talent & Development Manager to lead company‑wide recruiting efforts and drive employee training and development initiatives. This role is responsible for attracting top talent, strengthening onboarding and training programs, and building development pathways that support operational excellence, leadership growth, and long‑term employee retention. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on , comfortable working in a fast‑paced, seasonal, and operations‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to the following: - Lead full‑cycle recruiting for salaried and hourly positions across operations, corporate, and field locations - Partner with leadership understanding workforce needs, seasonal demands, and long‑term staffing plans - Develop and execute recruiting strategies, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection - Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, turnover, quality of hire) - Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs for new hires Develop training programs f...
