Documentation and Training Specialist, Capital Markets

Job description

We are looking for a Documentation and Training Specialist to play a pivotal role in upskilling existing and incoming FNZers working on our exciting Syn~ Capital Markets platform. This is a highly influential role at the heart of how we build capability, confidence and quality operators within Capital Markets. You will translate deep product, operational and domain knowledge into best‑in‑class training, documentation and AI‑enabled knowledge solutions that support both internal and external stakeholders around the world. As FNZ continues to invest in and grow our Capital Markets capability over the coming years, this role will be central to ensuring our people are not just trained but truly enabled to operate at a high standard in complex capital markets environments.
