Quality Assurance Supervisor Summary/Purpose The Quality Supervisor provides hands-on leadership to a team of Quality Technicians and Specialists across multiple shifts. This role ensures product quality, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and strengthens JASC’s quality culture to meet customer and operational excellence targets in a high-growth, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Accountabilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. - Lead and coach a team of Quality Technicians and Specialists, setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable for results. - Oversee inspection, testing, and auditing activities to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements. - Facilitate problem-solving using structured methods such as 5-Why, Fishbone, and statistical analysis to address root causes and prevent recurrence. - Manage layered process audits (LPA) and ensure timely closure of findings. - Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve abnormality conditions and implement change point controls. - Identify...
